Cold room racking is designed to withstand temperatures down to −40°C: 20 µm anodized aluminum or stainless-steel structure, no cross-bracing, providing a continuous loading surface along straight runs and in corners. Modular and easy to wash, it equips positive and negative cold rooms, storage areas and food laboratories in compliance with hygiene standards.

How to equip a cold room?

Three points to check before choosing your cold room racking:

Positive cold (0 to +8°C, fresh products) or negative (down to −40°C, frozen): check the certified temperature range of the racking
Hygiene: prefer anodized aluminum or stainless steel, with removable washable slatted shelves, food-contact compliant
Use the corners: the structure without cross-bracing allows a continuous loading surface following the room walls

Can pallets be stored in a cold room?
