A food store is subject to strict hygiene rules and demanding fresh-produce logistics. Four points guide furniture choices:
Furniture choices must account for the cleaning plan and areas where food is handled. Washable surfaces support this approach; materials, finishes and cleaning products must be approved for the project.
Tilted presentation, quick restocking and first-in-first-out management: our fruit and vegetable furniture is designed to keep up with daily fresh-produce rotation.
Entrance gates, queue guidance and ergonomic cash desks channel circulation, with accessible aisles (recommended width 1.40 m, French law of 11 February 2005).
Bulk sections require hoppers and bins that are easy to empty and clean, positioned at picking height, with a clear weighing area nearby.
