How to size a warehouse security cage
The layout and quotation are prepared from the actual site constraints:
- Define what must be separated: sensitive stock, racking, equipment, vehicles, machinery or a work area
- Survey footprint, clear height, slab, obstructions and services, then combine panels, posts and any extensions
- Describe pedestrian, forklift and pallet flows plus access frequency to size the openings
- State the required access-control level; door and lock compatibility are confirmed in the offer
- For machinery or a specific hazard, provide the risk assessment and required distances; a panel alone does not establish compliance
