Food-grade hygiene and compliance
Our food gondolas are built for environments subject to food-retail hygiene requirements: washable epoxy-coated steel shelves, stainless-steel or ABS plastic components for sensitive areas, and corners designed for easy cleaning. They fit into an HACCP approach compliant with Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs: smooth, washable surfaces resistant to common cleaning products.
Configurations: double-sided island or wall gondola
The food gondola comes as a double-sided central island to structure your sales-floor aisles, or as a single-sided wall version for perimeters. Heights from 1.40 m to 2.20 m, shelves adjustable in 25 mm steps, solid or mesh ends, solid or perforated backs. Many accessories (dividers, label holders, headers, LED lighting) complete the layout.
