For a compact pharmacy or a multi-station run, the design office starts with your measurements, customer circulation, point-of-sale equipment and privacy needs. Installation details and the cleanability of the selected materials are confirmed in the specification before manufacture.

Accessibility: what French regulations require
French law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 makes accessibility mandatory for buildings open to the public, including pharmacies. For reception counters, the order of 8 December 2014 requires part of the counter to be usable by a wheelchair user: maximum height 0.80 m, with clearance underneath of at least 0.30 m deep, 0.60 m wide and 0.70 m of free height. A circulation path at least 0.80 m wide must remain clear in front of the counter. The final solution and layout must be checked against the actual constraints of the premises.
