Medium-duty racking for bulky products
This rack is designed for manual loading by an operator across several levels. It suits medium-size and medium-weight goods, bulky merchandise and dynamic picking when fitted with frames and inclined rails. The final configuration depends on the building, run length, products and handling method.
Levels, decking and module layout
The source documentation specifies 19 mm chipboard or melamine decking; steel decks are available on request. Crossbars can reinforce the decking. A starter module comprises two frames, four feet, two beams per level and four pins per level; an extension module adds one frame, two feet, two beams per level and four pins per level.
Safety and installation conditions
The Storage catalogue publishes maximum loads per beam pair by profile and length, but no complete anchoring or installation notice. Floor, anchors, shims, reinforcement and final load must be defined by the study and confirmed before supply.
